Over the past few years Si View Metro Parks has been growing, adding more programs, facilities and users. They were disenchanted with how their software provider was keeping up with technology that would make registration and communication easier on mobile devices and felt there a better option on the market.
West Covina was transitioning from CLASS Software and needed a cost effective, cloud solution for their Parks Department. They had a very ambitious goal – to allow their residents to register for programs on their phones and to have it all set up and ready in just a few weeks.
Coalinga-Huron called DASH Platform to discuss their current installation of a competitor’s product implementation. Their team found that the solution they just purchased didn’t meet their needs, and further analysis concluded they needed a different parks and recreation management solution. The deadline was to launch in two weeks.
